Rationale
COI is a prerequisite for some of the courses that a student must satisfy. During the registration period, the consent of instructor must be secured by a student.
The consent, through an interview, will be given if some academic or practical experiences necessary to pass the course have already been acquired by the student. Usually, COI is given to a graduate student who will be taking an undergraduate course.
